Booking Policy
How Our Booking Process Works 1. Submit Your Details: Fill out and submit our Plan My Trip form. 2. Review Your Itinerary: Our team email you a detailed itinerary plan and schedules. 3. Approve Your Plan: Take your time to review, refine, and adjust the details with us. 4. Manual Processing: All bookings are manually processed by our staff only after you explicitly approve the final plan we send you through email. No charges or final confirmations are made until you are 100% happy with your tour plan. Because our wild treks involve complex off-grid logistics, we use a clear policy to protect our travelers and local herding partners. 1. Deposits & Payments A 20% deposit is required to secure your booking once you have approved your tour plan. This is refundable. Secure Payment: Request our official bank details directly via email (batsaikhan@wildmongoliatours.com) or WhatsApp (+976 86019946). Final Balance: The remaining 90% is due 10 days before your tour starts. 2. Cancellations & Refunds If you cancel your trip, your remaining balance is refunded based on your notice. notice date: 10+ days notice: 90% refund of your deposit due to bank transfer fees. Less than 10 days notice: 30% refund on deposit. All funds are already spent on local herders, drivers, and food gear. 3. Changes & Weather Date Changes: Request changes at least 10 days before departure. We will move your dates for free if slots are available. Safe Routes: We may adjust trails slightly on short notice due to extreme weather or road safety. 4. Required Travel Insurance All guests must purchase international travel insurance before arriving. Your policy must cover medical emergency evacuation and adventure activities (specifically horse riding).
