📋 Booking Policy Because our wild treks involve complex off-grid logistics, we use a clear policy to protect our travelers and local herding partners. 1. Deposits & Payments 10% Deposit: Required to lock in your booking. This is refundable. Secure Payment: Request our official bank details directly via email (batsaikhan@wildmongoliatours.com) or WhatsApp (+976 86019946). Final Balance: The remaining 70% is due 10 days before your tour starts. 2. Cancellations & Refunds If you cancel your trip, your remaining balance is refunded based on your notice. notice date: 30+ days notice: 90% refund of your remaining balance due to bank transfer fees. 10 to 29 days notice: 50% refund of your remaining balance. Less than 10 days notice: 30% refund of your remaining balance. All funds are already spent on local herders, drivers, and food gear. 3. Changes & Weather Date Changes: Request changes at least 45 days before departure. We will move your dates for free if slots are available. Safe Routes: We may adjust trails slightly on short notice due to extreme weather or road safety. 4. Required Travel Insurance All guests must purchase international travel insurance before arriving. Your policy must cover medical emergency evacuation and adventure activities (specifically horse riding).
